Stevenage Community Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Part-Time Fundraising Manager to help shape the future of our charity and grow our reach across the local area.
As our Fundraising Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a bold fundraising strategy that supports our mission and meets ambitious income and growth targets set by our Trustees. You will be the face of the Trust in the community, building meaningful relationships with local businesses, residents, sponsors, and supporters to expand our network and secure vital funding.
The trust is looking to appoint a voluntary part-time Fundraising Assistant. The role of the Fundraising Assistant is to assist our Fundraising Manager with all aspects of income generation. You will help with our Corporate and Personal membership programmes, event organisation, meeting with trustees and providing support in all areas of the day-to-day admin duties. You will also be working closely with the Charity Manager.
The trust is looking to appoint a voluntary part-time Grants Assistant. The role of the Grants assistant is to assist our Charity Manager with all aspects of our grant giving. You will help with processing hardship, community and Christmas gift grant applications. You will liase with and report to the grants committee, meeting with trustees and providing support in all areas of the day-to-day admin duties. You will also be working closely with the charity’s Fundraising Manager.
In our first 35 years, we gave out more than £2.5 million in grants to help local people and organisations.
